Barry S. Zisman received his A.B, from Columbia College and his J.D. from
Columbia University School of Law. He was previously a partner
and shareholder in two national law firms, Arter & Hadden and Winstead, Inc., and was a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley,
Inc. holding Series 7, 63 and 64 securities licenses. He has also been a Senior Attorney for both the F.D.I.C.
and the R.T.C. Zisman's more than four decades of experience
includes general corporate matters, corporate governance, financial services and institutions (banks and thrifts), securites
law and franchising. Barry is an author and editor of
Banks and Thrifts: Government Enforcement and Receivership, published by Lexis-Nexis Matthew Bender & Company. His extensive business background and success as an attorney has warranted annual
selection since 1990 in Marquis' Who's Who in America and Who's Who in American Law, where
more detailed background information may be found.
