We bill on an hourly basis, at the rate of $350 per hour, with a 10% discount for clients over 65. A repenishable retainer is required of all clients. The amount of the retainer will depend upon the complexity and foreseen longevity of the matter.

Billing is monthly against the replenishable retainer.
